Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Expectations:

You work closely with our General, Office, and Sales Managers. Your interpersonal skills and communication are important to the success and achievement of our team and to the company as a whole.

Our primary aim is to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that our mission, principles, culture, and goals are shown in all we do.

Some guidelines are listed below. Our company principles will continue to guide and refine our roles and responsibilities.

Management of:

  • CRM System: LMN
  • Leads-to-Sales process
  • Filing process
  • Communication between customers and our team
  • Customer Service, relationships, and follow-ups
  • Time management
  • Working with GM to communicate our Installation schedule
  • Sales transactions, cash, check, ACH, and credit card
  • Scheduling appointments for our sales team & processing appropriate paperwork
  • Filing and permit processes
  • Showroom literature/ sample inventory monitoring and ordering
  • Some data entry
  • Help with Continuous Improvement
  • Creating customer job folders
  • Assist with social media or website
  • Diggers Hotline locates

  • High School diploma
  • Valid driver license
  • Additional education preferred, specifically in fields such as sales, customer service, or administrative tasks
  • Experience in customer service and relations

  • Sending scans, emails, and the occasional fax
  • Address customer concerns per company mission, principles, and policies
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers

Working Conditions:

Your work environment will consist mainly of our indoor showroom, with occasional time spent in our Outdoor Display Garden. You will be working closely with the General, Office, and Sales Managers.

As a training requirement, you will attend various installations and sales calls to acquire field, product, and installation knowledge. It’s referred to as EARNING YOUR WINGS.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This sales position will not require much, if any, lifting or strenuous physical activities.

This position will require a strong sense of organization, mental agility, calm and patience, as well as a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
