Requirements:

  • Degree in Landscape Design Preferred
  • Sales experience/customer service
  • Landscape and or business experience
  • Able to perform field training to learn all aspects of the products, processes, and installation

Responsibilities, Accountability & Expectations:

You work closely with the General, Office, and Sales Managers. Your interpersonal skills and communication are important to the success and achievement of our team and to the company as a whole.  

Our primary aim is to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that our mission, principles, culture, and goals show in all we do. 

A group of guidelines is listed below. Our company principles will continue to guide and refine our roles and responsibilities.  

Management of:

  • CRM System
    • LMN Leads-to-Sales process
    • Filing process
    • Communication between customers and our team
    • Customer Service, relationships, and follow-ups 
  • Resources:
    • Time management
    • Inventory and supplies of sales tools

May Assist With:

  • Ordering process & filing process
  • Installation schedule

  • High School diploma
  • Valid driver license
  • Adherence to zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy on the job
  • Additional education preferred, specifically in fields such as sales, customer service, or admin tasks.

  • Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings 
  • Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Data entry using the 10-key keypad
  • Sending scans and faxes
  • Address customer concerns per company principles and policies
  • Sending and receiving forms for the company
  • Answering the phone when applicable 
  • Day-to-day operational matters
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers

Working Conditions:

Your work environment will consist of both onsite interactions with our customers and installation team, as well as office time. You will be working closely with the General, Office, and Sales Managers.

As a training requirement, we like you to perform various installations to acquire field, product, and installation knowledge. It’s referred to as EARNING YOUR WINGS.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This sales position will not require much if any, lifting or strenuous physical activities; however, the field training will.  

This position will require a strong sense of organization, mental agility, calm and patience, as well as a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
