They installed a black vinyl coated chain link fence around our back yard. From the initial visit to take measurements to final install, everybody was fantastic. Other fence installers in the area are just Jimbo in a rusty pickup. Phillips was very professional, kept their promises, and did great work. I will recommend them to everybody!

The fence is very attractive and working well. The dogs love the opportunity to be outside more often and without the encumbrance of a leash. The guys did a great job of making sure the fence was low to the ground so none of my small dogs could escape.
