Your First 90 Days
30 Days:

60 Days:
- Implement improved processes and accountability measures for your team
- Demonstrate leadership through consistent project delivery and team development
- Establish clear communication rhythms with management and customers
90 Days:
- Lead high-quality deck and railing projects from start to finish
- Show measurable improvements in team performance and customer satisfaction
- Contribute strategic insights for operational efficiency and growth

Key Responsibilities
Lead Project Excellence: Manage deck and railing installations from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction exceed expectations.
Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor crew members to improve their skills, safety awareness, and craftsmanship while building a cohesive, high-performing team.
Optimize Operations: Implement systematic approaches to workflow, material management, and tool maintenance that improve efficiency and consistency.
Ensure Quality Standards: Maintain our 5-star reputation by delivering exceptional craftsmanship and addressing challenges with innovative problem-solving.
Build Strong Relationships: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure transparency, trust, and project success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of carpentry experience with specific expertise in deck construction and railing installation
- Proven track record of leading construction teams and developing crew members
- Strong organizational abilities with systematic approach to project management
- Proficiency with carpentry techniques, measuring, leveling, and power tools
