When you hear the words ‘urban green space’ what comes to mind? Probably not an image of downtown La Crosse, but stop and enjoy the newly renovated Urban Green Space on the campus of Western Technical College that Phillips Outdoor Services breathed new life into this summer, and you just might change your mind. Take a stroll along the beautiful winding sidewalk while gazing out at the flower beds with the bright blue sky as a backdrop. It’s quite the area to experience!
